The future of healthcare is no longer just "digital", it is voice-activated and agentic.
domo.health, Google Cloud, and Datwave, sets a new benchmark for AI in the Swiss medical sector.
Homecare professionals are often overwhelmed by administrative burdens. Our goal was to return their focus to the patient. The domo.health AI Agent, integrated into the domo.health PRO platform, utilizes a cutting-edge Agentic Architecture to transform how clinical data is handled.

domo.health, a leader in AI-powered digital health solutions for homecare, today announced the unveiling of its AI agent at the Google Healthcare & Life Sciences Community 2026 event in Zurich on 26 March.
Integrated into the domo.health PRO platform, the voice-first assistant helps homecare professionals document care, access patient information, and coordinate workflows more naturally and efficiently.
Built with Google Cloud, including Gemini Live API and Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform, and supported by Datwave, a Premier Google Cloud Partner, the initiative combines advanced AI capabilities with domo.health’s experience alongside homecare organizations (Spitex) and caregivers.
In homecare, professionals manage a constant flow of assessments, medication follow-up, coordination, billing, and regulatory tasks. The domo.health AI agent is designed to reduce that burden by making voice and natural language the main interface to the platform.
Within the domo.health PRO web and app ecosystem, professionals can debrief after visits, retrieve patient summaries, access protocols, and interact across languages in real time. Because it draws on clinical data managed securely within the platform, the assistance remains traceable, relevant, and adapted to each organization’s needs.
The solution relies on an agentic architecture coordinating specialized AI agents across clinical data, documentation, protocols, and workflow support. Every recommendation is linked to its source, every action requires human confirmation, and the platform is hosted in Switzerland in compliance with Swiss data protection law.
“Healthcare systems are facing increasing pressure, and technology has an important role to play in supporting professionals delivering care every day,” said Marianne Janik, Vice President EMEA North, Google Cloud. “By collaborating with domo.health, we are combining advanced AI infrastructure with deep healthcare expertise to help bring practical, responsible AI solutions to the homecare sector.”
“AI can be a powerful thinking partner, but only if it draws efficiently from the real data and knowledge of the professionals it serves,” said Charles-Edouard Bardyn, Chief AI Officer at domo.health. “We built this AI agent to deliver useful, transparent support in homecare, with the professional leading the interaction and the AI assisting in the background.”
